Throw away “Nenergy”——Calendar

Graduation Editorial Design

In today's society, more and more people are living an environment of negative energy. Everyday there are countless pressures from work, study and our emotional reactions, etc. My idea was to make a special calendar in order to release pressure and negative energy.

My project is divided into three parts. The first part is the main calendar, divided into twelve months. The second part comprises the instructions to use the calendar. The third part is a negative energy recycling device.

The instruction book notes a sentence of negative energy every day. The page number will be marked on the calendar. You need to open the corresponding page number in the instruction to find out what to do today. If you feel that today's sentence fills you with hatred, then all you have to do is tear it out and throw it into the negative energy recycling device.

This is a continuous process. I wanted to create a project like this because so many people are under stress and suffering from a variety of psychological problems. Some intense pressures can develop into depression. I hope that my little design can represent the voice of some people and let them have a small outlet every day.
